Who I am…
I am a management consultant with an engineering background who cares deeply about the people I work with and our goal to improve patient, caregiver, and physician outcomes and experiences. I am known for my organized, process oriented approach and calm, focused presence during inflection times of change and chaos.
What I do…
I partner with clients to define and solve complex problems with practical solutions using a design process. I believe it is essential to continuously zoom in and out between strategy and execution to ensure successful results. I objectively listen and communicate information to ensure cross-functional stakeholders have visibility and understanding how they fit into the “what” and “why”. To accomplish this, I build and foster trusting relationships where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard.
My Experience…
I have 20 years of management experience working with cross-functional teams as an Operations Director, Program Manager, and New Product Development Engineer for start-up and commercial companies. In addition, I earned my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with a Biomechanics concentration, at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) - a project based, technical university.
